Kèr Spshj̼onsu was founded durring the late 12th century in fall of the year 1060, by Haw̋mp̪f̄ Vúoībō 'Diamond Deific' Bë̋chī Haw̄̋ch Ca̋chīkī Wogan. The establishment of Kèr Spshj̼onsu was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Kèr Spshj̼onsu's construction back out of the project. Haw̋mp̪f̄ Vúoībō 'Diamond Deific' Bë̋chī Haw̄̋ch Ca̋chīkī Wogan pushed on reguardles, and Kèr Spshj̼onsu was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Kèr Spshj̼onsu was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Spshj̼onsu is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.

Kèr Spshj̼onsu is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of premissive cobblestone streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.

Kèr Spshj̼onsu has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Kèr Spshj̼onsu ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up.

It was best known for its rough, unfinished surfaces, unusual shapes, heavy-looking materials, straight lines, and small windows. Modular elements were often used to form masses representing specific functional zones, grouped into a unified whole.
